Scott won a not guilty verdict in Jefferson District Court yesterday. (11-T-084804). Our client was charged with driving under the influence and allegedly registered a .185 blood alcohol reading on the Intoxilyzer breath machine. Our client also had difficulty completing the field sobriety tests performed by the arresting officer.
The jury deliberated 12 minutes before finding our client not guilty.
