Scott presided over the swearing-in ceremony of new Jefferson County Commonwealth's Attorney Tom Wine this past Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Judge Wine will serve as Louisville's top prosecutor for the next six years. Judge Wine most recently retired from his position as a Kentucky Court of Appeals Judge.
Scott had served as Judge Wine's Campaign Manager in the Commonwealth's Attorney race.
