Ms. Cherry was indicated by the Federal Grand Jury in Louisville for allegedly committing bankruptcy fraud. It was alleged that she intentionally failed to disclose certain assets on her bankruptcy petition in an effort to hide those assets from the Court and her creditors. After a four day trial in U. S. District Court in Louisville, the trial jury hung. We were subsequently able to persuade the United States to dismiss all charges against Ms. Cherry.
