Kentucky Plating Company and one of its employees were indicted for allegedly violating the Clean Water Act. The government alleged that Kentucky Plating dumped toxic chemicals into the drain in front of their building located in downtown Louisville. This drain eventually winds its way into the Ohio River. After a three day trial both the individual defendant in the case and our client, Kentucky Plating Company, Inc. were acquitted by a jury on all counts.
