Scott won an acquittal for a client on Friday, November 8, 2013, in a DUI case in Louisville. The case had facts straight out of the headlines. A local motorcycle club forced our client to stop his truck on I-64. Fearing for his life, the defendant led the club members on a high speed chase through Louisville until everyone was stopped by the Louisville Metro Police Department. Our client was administered only one of the three standard field sobriety tests which indicated intoxication. He then refused to be examined at the jail with the breathalyzer machine.
Our client was found not guilty on both counts against him, reckless driving and DUI.
