Mike Mazzoli was appointed to represent a client serving time in federal prison by U. S. District Court Judge Jennifer Coffman in case number 04-CV-10-C. Mike successfully persuaded the Court to order our client's immediate release from prison in his federal habeas corpus action. Judge Coffman agreed with Mike that our client had received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial.
Our client is now back home with his family in Breathitt County, Kentucky enjoying his newly won freedom.
