Our client, a famous local collegiate athlete, was accused of sexually assaulting two women at a party. We investigated the case aggressively and subpoenaed and recovered surveillance video from the scene of the alleged offense. The case was presented to a Jefferson County Grand Jury and the Grand Jury refused to return formal charges against our client.
