Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms executed simultaneous search warrants of Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club clubhouses in a tri-state area in 1996. A large number of members of the organization were charged, but we were able to persuade the government not to bring any charges against our client, Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club, Inc. in Kentucky or any of its members.
