Three defendants were charged with defrauding former Brown-Forman executive, Owsley Brown-Frazier. The defendants were accused of playing a role in securing and/or appraising antique firearms for Mr. Fazier's International Arms Museum which he was establishing in Louisville, Kentucky. The trial lasted approximately six weeks and ended in January of 2008. Our client, Mrs. Salisbury, was acquitted by the jury on all counts.
