Scott Cox was recognized as the Criminal Lawyer of the Year for Louisville, Kentucky in the 2016 edition of the Best Lawyers in America. The Lawyer of the Year award is an extremely prestigious honor named to only one lawyer per practice area within each metropolitan region, based on the highest peer ratings received.
Mr. Cox was also selected by his peers (judges and other federal criminal defense practitioners) to the 2016 Kentucky Super Lawyers list.
