A Cox & Mazzoli client was accused of rape and multiple counts of sexual abuse in 2022. Our client, who heads one of the world's largest brokerages, had all charges dismissed, including one for First Degree Rape. In return, our client plead guilty to Harassment, which is a Class B misdemeanor in Kentucky.
He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and the case will be set side and expunged in two years.
